This hotel charge my credit card $300 3 days after I checked out. Saying that I put a little bitty cigarette hole in the mattress. I have two teenage boys and they were the ones that slept on the mattress that they say I burnt. I will never recommend this place. I have worked over 16 years at a hotel and recommend the ones that need to be. And there's a lady that worked the front desk and housekeeping very unprofessional and seen going into several guest rooms.

There rooms are in some need of repair and after four weeks of faithful payment they kicked my son out saying that they cannot rent to him because of online reservations when asked why they reserved a room that was already occupied they got rude with us and told us he had to be out by eleven when we explained that we wouldn't be able to to get up there to get him until a little after they still kicked him out on a cold day.not very friendly kinda good location and not decent rooms. I will never recommend this hotel or stay here again.

The receptionist was aware of the door, it was past midnight and he was really nice. The room was comfortable, everything was in place and clean, the heat was good for the winter, we forgot to ask for an extra towel, there were 3.

The rooms themselves need some work but they were clean and I slept great. We had to leave our camper parked and when we mentioned it to the front desk lady she made sure and let the person coming in at night. No so someone kept an eye on it for us which I appreciate so much. Jamie was the front desk clerk and she was absolutely amazing. We had trouble getting in because of a third party app. Then she was quick to help this resolve it and get us in our rooms. I would stay here again!

Stayed for two weeks, checked out on time and within 1 hour of leaving I had a $54 charge on my card and no one will answer the phone or tell me they are busy and won't tell me what the charge is for! Do Not Stay. They will take your money for no reason. Not to mention the massive roaches and the smell in the lobby was awful...not sure if it was an individual or the area! I work in the area and you could not pay me to stay here again. Edit: supposedly we stained 3 hand towels and 2 washclothes with grease. Only because they saw us working on a work vehicle none of which work had anything to do with grease and the one washcloth used cleaned dirt off a window. If their washers can't clean dirt I'm concerned as to how clean anything is at that hotel. BEWARE!!!!

This was not my first stay. It will be my last. I put up with a $50 refund deposit the first time. It wasn’t required this tim¬¬¬¬e. But on check in I was charged $9 for smoke free room. That is counter to all my other motel stays. …
